Eligibility for Refunds
We do not offer returns or exchanges. A refund will only be provided if the products are damaged during unboxing. To qualify for a refund, please record a video while unboxing the item.
NOTE :
To request a refund, you must contact us on the date of delivery. A video of the unboxing or a photo of the damaged item is required for the refund process. Refunds will only be issued if you reach out on the same day of delivery for the following situations:
- Missing items
- Incorrect items delivered
